These are the terms for using Quenta Magenta, which is made and run by Falter Media. If you use Quenta Magenta, these are the terms you use it on.
It's a beta
We're still building Quenta Magenta, with a small group of creators. Tools and screens will change, a tool with a beta tag is still being finished, and there will be times when something is slow, broken or offline. Keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose.
Your access
- Access is by invitation from Falter Media. Keep your sign-in to yourself.
- Each account has limits on how much it can run in a day and in a month. When you reach one, new transcriptions and writing wait until the limit resets or we lift it. Everything you've made stays open.
- Quenta Magenta doesn't take payments. If there's a fee for your access, you agree it with Falter Media directly.
- We can pause or end access, for example if an account is misused, or when the beta ends.
What you bring
Only bring recordings, documents and links you have the right to use. We use what you bring to do the work you ask for, and the services listed in Privacy handle it for us. The Falter Media team can open your brands to set them up and help you.
What Quenta writes
What Quenta writes for you is yours to use. It's written by AI, so it can be wrong, out of date or more sure of itself than it should be, and a fact-check can miss things. Read it, check it and change it before you publish it. What you publish is up to you.
Using it well
Don't use Quenta Magenta to break the law, to mislead or harm people, or to pass off someone else's work as your own. Don't try to get into anything that isn't yours, get around the limits, or overload it.
No guarantees
While it's in beta, Quenta Magenta comes as it is. We work hard to keep it running and your work safe, but we can't promise it will always be available, free of mistakes, or right for what you need.
Stopping
You can stop using Quenta Magenta whenever you like, and delete your things as Privacy explains. We can change or close the beta at any time.
